The hide is 1.3m (4' 4") square at the base and 1.35m (4'6") high at the centre. This gives plenty of room for one person and a stack of gear.
Large Dome Hide (C.30.1): 1.5m (5') square base, 1.49m (nearly 5') high at centre.

Quick to put up. Just thread the two Aluminium flexipoles through, and then hook the ends into the brass eyelets at the corners.
The hide is free-standing, but in strong winds the guy ropes and pegs provided can be used. Guy rope loops are also on the inside of the hide. These can be used if you want to move the hide while you are in it.

Windows - One main front window and two side windows. The front window 35cm (14") x 26cm (10") has a material flap, scrim net and insect net. The side windows 15cm (6") square have a material flap and net. All the windows are large enough to put a long lens through. There is also a tripod flap at the front.
Large Dome Hide (C.30.1) has a larger front window.

Central back flap with overlap, Velcro tabs and tie cords (lens can be put through the flap between the Velcro tabs).

Made from proofed and breathable material in camouflage pattern, or Advantage leaf pattern.

Made to order in Plain White. Also available in desert pattern (not proofed).

Folds down to fit in a bag 50cm (20") by 18cm 7" dia. and only weighs approx. 2.7kg. including the two aluminium alloy flexipoles and pegs. Light enough and small enough to fit in your rucksack or suitcases.
Large Dome Hide (C.30.1) weighs 3.3kg.

Microfast Self pitch skin Bivi tent. The self pitching microfast tents pitch in seconds which means you can be out of sight and out of the weather in the minimum of time. The single skin breathable outer means lightweight and full weather protection without condensation.

Ultralight and compact 3 hoop breathable single skin. As used by the Australian forces. Pitches in five seconds - just release from its retainer straps and it opens out in a waterproof shelter with a front awning. Entrance at both ends. Size 2.1m long inside by 75cm wide by 70cm high. Weight 2.2 Kg including pegs, guys and bag. Not free standing. If you are in a hurry, 2 pegs at the front and back will keep the tent upright.

C32 Ultra Light Mini Dome Hide
The C32 Ultra light Mini Dome hide and the C26 padded seat are a perfect match. In a recent project photographing Kingfishers I used them together.

The C26 fold-out padded seat is also designed to be used as a carrying bag by zipping up the sides. It's just the right size for the Ultra light mini dome hide (see photos below). The seat kept me dry and with its adjustable back support was also very comfortable.

For working along the riverbank the ultra light mini dome was ideal, quick to put up and take down and the design of the hide allows for some low level eye catching shots. Where space was limited I used the hide without the poles and threw it over me just like a C33 baghide.

When you have a stack of heavy camera gear to carry, having a multi use lightweight hide and seat is a real bonus.

Same measurements as the mini dome hide but without ground sheet.

The flexi pole channels have a scrim net cover for threading vegetation through (bracken etc.).

This along with the mini dome's low and narrow profile makes it a real aid in getting closer to the wildlife
